Cajun Cake

2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon soda
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 icing
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
1 stick of margarine
1 cup coconut
1 small can of pet milk

Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet milk. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake. Randy Rigg
