Chocolate Saurkraut Cake

2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 each eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup sauerkraut, well-drained and
1/4 cup flour, sifted

Cream together butter & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with water. Stir in saurkraut. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins til done, in greased & floured pans. Fill & frost with whipped cream.
