Deluxe Chocolate Frosting

3 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 oz baking chocolate
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Makes enough to frost one 13 x 9 inch cake.
