Mayonnaise Cake

2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Sift the first five ingredients together. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg
