Moist Carrot Cake
cakes
2 cup flour
2 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup oil
3 cup grated carrot
----ICING----
100 gm cream cheese
50 gm butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cup icing sugar
Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add 1 cup oil and beaten eggs then grated carrot and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into baking tin. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. To make icing mix together the following:
100gm cream cheese 50 gm butter 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 cups icing sugar
