Nut Icing

cakes

2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup water/soy milk
1 cup pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cup white sugar

Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake. Recipe by Mark Satterly
