Ozark Pudding Cakecakes 2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup margarine 2 eggs 2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cup apples; diced 1 cup nuts; chopped Beat until creamy: sugar, margarine and eggs. Sift together the next 5 ingredients and add to above mixture. Mix the apples and nuts well and fold into batter. Bake in 9 X 13" pan @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serve topped with whip cream. |
