Pistachio Marble Cake

1 cup water
4 eggs
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 yellow cake mix -- (butter
1 flavor)
1/2 cup oil
1 small box pistachio instant pudding mix
Blend together cake mix, eggs (1 at a time), oil, water and pudding about 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour 2/3 of the batter into thoroughly greased layer pans or Bundt pan. Blend chocolate syrup with the remaining 1/3 of batter. Spoon this chocolate batter into the batter already in pans and swirl lightly to create "marbled" effect. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes. May also be made with chocolate instant pudding and pecans(omit syrup).
