Scotchy Poppyseed Cake

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg butterscotch pudding *
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup water; cold
1/3 cup poppy seeds
* use regular pudding, not instant pudding. ******************************************* Soak the poppy seeds in the cold water. Grease a 9x13" pan. Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350~F for 35 minutes.
