Chocolate Peanut Butter Log
candies
3 tablespoon peanut butter
3/4 oz quick-cooking oats
2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 tsp water
3 teaspoon sugar or equivalent
1/3 cup non-fat dry milk
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place mixture on wax paper and shape into a log. Roll up wax paper and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
