Cinnamon Candy

1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon butter or butter substitute
1/2 cup corn sirup
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup water
Combine ingredients. Boil to soft crack stage (275 - 280 F). Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. When cool, cut in squares. Jennie M. Cable, Columbia, MO.
