Mochalettes

1 cup vanilla(graham) wafer crumbs
1 1/4 cup icing sugar (powdered)
1/3 cup nuts, chopped
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/2 tablespoon instant coffee
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon rum extract (optional)
1 coconut or nuts for rolling

Combine crushed wafers, sugar, cocoa, nuts and coffee. Add milk and mix well. Add extract and mix. Form into small balls (about 1 tsp each) and roll in coconut or chopped nuts. Chill. Source: Fill the Cookie Jar, City of Calgary Electric System, undated Shared and tested by Elizabeth Rodier Aug 93.
