Mounds Candy Bar

3/4 cup mashed potatoes
1 lb coconut (4 cups)
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 lb powdered sugar
----COATING----
6 oz chocolate bits
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate

Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING: Melt over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge. Store in tightly sealed container. NOTE: Any chocolate will work, aslong as it will harden. Rorna Baker *P RDXS99B 12/27/92 11:17am
