Cocomalt Macaroons

1 1/4 cup coconut
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg white
3 tablespoon cocomalt
Combine coconut, milk, salt, flavoring, and cocomalt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350 F) 15 minutes. 16 servings. The Household Searchlight
