Cookie Monster Cookiescookies 1/2 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoon water 1 egg 1 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 cup dark brown sugar. Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into bowl. Mix in veg. oil, 3 tbsp. water, and egg. Mix in 1/2 C. raisins, 1-1/2 C. oatmeal and 1 C. brown sugar.
