Merry Barscookies 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup icing sugar 1 egg yolk 1/2 cup nuts 1/2 cup marachino cherries cut up 1/2 cup mashed banana 1 cup shredded cocoanut 1 teaspoon vanilla Line a 8-8 pan with waxed paper. Cover bottom with layer of graham wafers. Mix above ingredients and put on the crackers, layer the top with crackers,then cover with an icing and refrigerate. |
