Nut Fruit Tarts
cookies
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cup puffed raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sugar
2 bananas, sliced
6 maraschino cherries, chopped
1 few grains salt
Whip cream until stiff. Fold in sugar and salt. Divide in 2 portions. Combine bananas and raisins with 1/2 the cream. Pile lightly in baked individual pastry shells. Cover with remaining cream. Garnish with cherries and nuts. 20 servings.
