Oregon Hazelnut Macaroonscookies 1 cup oregon hazelnut paste 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon orange peel 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 egg whites; beaten stiff Blend paste, sugar, orange peel and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown.
