Pumpkin Squarescookies 2 1/4 cup flour 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon allspice 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup butter; melted 1/2 cup nuts; chopped 1 1/2 cup mincemeat 1 lb pumpkin Sift together first 5 engredients. Set aside. Beat eggs and sugars together will; add remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix just enough to combine ingredients. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 55 to 60 minutes. Cool, and then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into 35 squares. |
