Bits-o-barley Cranberry Dessert

1 1/2 cup cranberry juice
2/3 cup am bits-o-barley
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
1/2 cup honey
Bring first six ingredients to a boil, then cover, remove from heat and let stand until all the juice is absorbed. Add honey, blend well. Serve warm or cold.
