Blanc - Mange

2 cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
3 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

In saucepan put the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add milk slowly & stir, Put on medium heat and stir until thickened & let cook a min. or two. Remove from heat and add vanilla, pour into dessert bowls & refrigerate. Put wax paper over each dish to keep the pudding from scumming over.
