Carmel Sauce

1 lb brown sugar
1 lb granulated sugar
2 oz flour
1 quart water
8 oz butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Combine sugars, flour, and water. Boil until thick( this could take as long as 30 - 40 minutes). Add margarine and vanilla stir in til absorbed.
