Kahlua Fudge Cake

1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 pkg choc. instant pudding
4 eggs room temperture
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup kahlua or coffee liquer
1 confectioners icing
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 12 cup bundt or tube pan. Bake 325F for 50-60 minutes. Cool. Invert onto serving plate. Drizzle icing over top and sides if desired.
