Lemon Ambrosia Cake

1 pkg lemon cake mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding (sm)
3/4 cup coconut
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
----FROSTING----
1 box creamy frosting mix
2 boxes confectioners' sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup milk

Mix in a 13 x 9 ungreased pan with a fork. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min.
