Miracle Whip Cake

16 oz miracle whip
2 cup white sugar
4 teaspoon baking soda
4 cup cake flour
8 tablespoon cocoa
2 cup cold water

Mix and beat all ingredients. Bake at 350 until done (can be cut in half)
