Multi Blend Fruit Cobbler

1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cup am multi blend flour
1 teaspoon non-alum baking powder
1/2 cup honey
1 egg, beaten or egg replacer
1 cup milk or milk substitute
2 cup fruit - fresh or canned, drained
Melt butter in a 9" x 9" pan. Mix the Multi Blend flour, baking powder, honey, egg and milk. Pour mixture into butter. Add the fruit on top of batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 F.
