Nestle's Toll House Chocolate Chip Cooliescookies, desserts 4 1/2 cup flour (all purpose) 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed) 2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon vanill extract 1 cup butter (2 sticks softened) 1 cup shortening 4 eggs 1 pkg nestle chocolate chips 12 oz Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour,baking soda and salt. In large bowl combine butter,sugar,brown sugar and vanilla extract . Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips Semi-sweet. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 14 min.. Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4 cookies. |
