Orange Syllabub

2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup superfine sugar
2 tablespoon grated, squeezed dry orange peel
2 tablespoon orange liqueur
1 strips orange peel

Beat whipping cream in medium bowl until stiff. Blend juice, sugar, peel and liqueur in small bowl. Fold mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving. Garnish with orange peel.
