Oregon Hazelnut Praline Ice Creamdesserts ----PRALINE---- 2 tablespoon butter 4 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup crushed oregon hazelnuts 1 pinch salt 1/2 gal heavy cream 2 cup sugar 2 tablespoon vanilla extract Melt the butter, carmelize sugar and stir in nuts. Cool the praline overnight on parchment.
