Pastry Cheesecake Crust

1/3 cup softened butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup unsifted flour

mix well. Spread dough on bottom and 1 1/2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool and fill.
