Pineapple Bavarian

2 cup whipping cream
1 cup crushed pineapple
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg sweetened lemon flavored gelatin
1 few grains salt
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy. Fold in pineapple. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into mold. Chill. 8 servings.
