Princess Jennifer's Hot Fudge Dessert Cakecakes, desserts 1 cup flour 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup honey 2 tablespoon oil 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Topping----- 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa Sift the first four ingredients together. Mix the next four ingredients together. Combine the two and place in a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
