Prune Filling I

2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup cooked prunes, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients except flavoring. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick enough to spread. Add flavoring.
