Prune Ice-cream

1 1/2 cup prunes
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
9 tablespoon water
1 few grains salt
Wash prunes. Cover with cold water. Heat to boiling. Simmer until soft. Rub through sieve. There should be 1 cup prune pulp. Combine prune pulp, milk, water, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Pour into freezer. Freeze. 6 servings. I.M., Greenfield, IN.
