Mom's Pecan Pie
pies
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup karo syrup (light)
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup pecans
Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees and bake and additional 45 minutes.
