Parade Pie

1 each small vanilla instant puddin
1 1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoon rum
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon milk
1 can 8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple,
1 each baked graham cracker crust
Combine pudding mix,sour cream,rum,sugar and milk in a bowl; beat with wire whisk until smooth.Fold in pineapple.Chill 3 hours.Top with Cool Whip topping.
