Potato & Bacon Piepies 1 lb bacon,chopped 1 each onion,chopped 8 each large eggs,beaten 1 lb russet potatoes,peeled and g 2 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon tsp. black pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 9 x 13" glass baking dish. Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp.Drain well.Combine eggs with potatoes and cheese.Mix in bacon.Pour,evenly,into baking dish.Bake about 45 minutes or until center is set.Serves 6 to 8. |
